  1. Begin with properly fired shelf cone 04 bisque. Moisten a clean sponge and wipe bisque to remove any dust.
  2. Using a CB-604 #4 Soft Fan, apply 2 coats of FN-221 Milk Glass to the inside of the tray. Allow to dry.
  3. Pencil on the design.
  4. Using a CB-106 #6 Script Liner, apply 1 coat of one coat of CG-963 Key Lime with crystals to the center of the flower.
  5. Using a CB-106 #6 Script Liner to apply 2 coats all the following Sheers colors
  6. Large flower with leaves: Center of the flower is FN-224 Key Lime, with FN-207 Orange Slice for the remainder of the center. Petals are FN-224 Key Lime. For the leaves load the brush with FN-224 Key Lime and tip in FN-212 Blue Diamond, stroke in the leaves.
  7. Partial flower at bottom: apply 2 coats of FN-224 Key Lime to the center, then while the second coat is still wet brush in FN-222 Indigo, leaving a band of FN-224 Key Lime showing. Petals are FN-212 Blue Diamond, with a stoke of FN-222 Indigo in the center (over the FN-212 Blue Diamond).
  8. Using a CB-106 #6 Script Liner, apply 2 two coats of FN-212 Blue Diamond to the body and the scallop. Apply 2 coats of FN-207 Orange Slice to the dots.
  9. Fill in any open background areas with 1 coat of FN-209 Floral Pink.
  10. Using a CB-110 #10/0 Liner, outline everything with SC-15 Tuxedo. Use the Tuxedo the make tiny open circles in the partial flowers’ center.
  11. Using a CB-604 #4 Soft Fan, apply 2 coats of FN-212 Blue Diamond to the back of the butterfly. Allow to dry.
  12. Stilt and fire to shelf cone 06.
