Two days chock full of techniques in surface decoration, glass, mixed media, marketing, business tips and more! Pottery Camp has been designed for PYOP owners, key staff and managers. To make sure our event is focused on the needs of PYOP studios we will implementing new policies in 2015. We feel it is important for retail studios to be able to discuss pricing, marketing and costs without being concerned about divulging trade information.
So - you still have the convenience of registering online. Your registration will be queued for approval by a Mayco Team member; once we validate that your business meets our criteria for a PYOP studio your registration will be processed.* Also: we are limiting attendance to two (2) staff members from an individual studio. This allows us to share the Mayco love and education with more of you!
Fees for the two-day camp are $15. Included in your fees:
Pottery Camp 2016 will be held at: The Drury Inn & Suites Riverwalk201 N. St. Mary's StreetSan Antonio, TX 78205210-212-5200Room rate is $144/night.Mayco has reserved a large block of rooms for our event. To keep the cost of Pottery Camp at the low rate of $15, we are requiring that attendees stay at the Drury Inn & Suites Riverwalk (unless you plan to commute daily). If we fall below our room block, Mayco will be required to pay for the balance of the rooms. We appreciate your understanding and know you will be glad to be staying with your fellow Pottery Campers! Plan to arrive at the hotel by 6 pm on Friday, February 26 for an evening of fun with Mayco!
Cancellation/Refund Policy: Cancellations requested prior to two weeks before a camp is scheduled to begin will receive a full refund. Cancellations received 8-13 days prior to a camp will receive a partial refund - a $50.00 administration fee will be deducted from the amount you paid. No refunds given for cancellations within the last 7 days prior to a camp starting date.
* There are other excellent educational programs for non PYOP businesses or individuals. Check the event calendar for Ceramic Camps and/or Product Discovery workshops in your area.
