Pottery Camp, the Best Continuing Education for the PYOP Market (as voted by CCSA Convention attendees, 2013 & 2014) returns for our 14th year in 2015.

The 2015 Pottery Camp will feature:

  • 7 techniques developed to demonstrate product usage, with discussion on how-to implement as programs in your studio (such as silkscreening, textured glazes, Designer Liner).
  • Building displays using themes and samples
  • Signs as a Silent Sales Person

We've added a few new locations, we're recharged and ready to greet you with renewed energy and ideas for your edu-tainment experience.  Pottery Camp attendees will be able to purchase an EXCLUSIVE silkscreen. This screen will be retired after Pottery Camp 2015 ends so be sure to be there!

Pottery Camp has been designed for PYOP owners, key staff and managers. To make sure our event is focused on the needs of PYOP studios we will implementing new policies in 2015.  We feel it is important for retail studios to be able to discuss pricing, marketing and costs without being concerned about divulging trade information.

So - you still have the convenience of registering online. Your registration will be queued for approval by a Mayco Team member; once we validate that your business meets our criteria for a PYOP studio your registration will be processed.*  Also: we are limiting attendance to two (2) staff members from an individual studio. This allows us to share the Mayco love and education with more of you!

2015 Requirements:

  • A PYOP Studio Owner, manager, key staff or considering opening a studio.
  • Over the age of 16
  • Maximum two attendees per studio
  • Great attitude, willing to learn and ready to have fun.

Fees for the two-day camp are $150.  Included in your fees:

  • all decorating supplies and materials needed to complete the 7 projects featured in the camp
  • lunch for both days

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Cancellations requested prior to two weeks before a camp is scheduled to begin will receive a full refund. Cancellations received 8-13 days prior to a camp will receive a partial refund - a $50.00 administration fee will be deducted from the amount you paid. No refunds given for cancellations within the last 7 days prior to a camp starting date.
