The collection of wall sconces we displayed at Mayco's booth at the 2017 NCECA conference. These combos use Mayco Stoneware glazes and washes; some use low-fire glazes such as Stroke & Coat. All were fired to cone 6 or cone 10; the glazes used and firing temperatures will be found in each image description.
*Indicates Scones fired to Cone 10.
The vase shape is a half-octagon with one angle centered and facing you (almost looks like fish viewed from above). The pieces were fired flat, causing the glazes to flow to the left and right of the central break. The piece is a slip cast body using Mayco's Stoneware White Casting Slip (SLS01).
