Designer: Bob Moreni

Instructions

  1. Begin with properly fired shelf cone 04 bisque. Moisten a clean sponge and wipe bisque to remove any dust.
  2. Using a CB604 #4 Soft Fan, apply 1 coat of FN001 White to the top side of the plate. Allow to dry!
  3. Print 2 copies of the pattern. Place both copies on top of each other and cut out around the outside edge of the snowman pattern.
  4. Position one of the patterns on the plate. Using a CB604 #4 Soft Fan, load the brush with water then lift half of the pattern then apply the water to the plate then lay the pattern down. Repeat with the other side of the bunny pattern. Using a piece of paper towel, lay the paper towel over the bunny pattern and press on the paper towel. This will help absorb any extra water and secure the pattern to the plate. There should be no edges of the patten sticking up, if so re-wet and press with the paper towel to secure.

  6. Starting at the bottom third of the palate, sponge SC065 Peri-Twinkle then pick up some of the SC030 Blue Dawn and sponge the middle third of the plate blending into the previous color. Finally, pick up some of the SC031 The Blues and sponge the top third of the plate blending into the SC030 Blue Dawn.
  7. Carefully remove the pattern from the plate before the glaze dries. Allow the plate to dry!
