Speck, Flux, and Stroke & Coat Bowl

Instructions

Begin with properly fired shelf cone 04 bisque. Moisten a clean sponge and wipe bisque to remove any dust.
With a RB144 #4 Soft Fan Brush and apply 2 coats of SW230 Pink Speck to the inside of your bowl.
With a RB144 #4 Soft Fan Brush apply 2 coats of SW231 Lilac Speck to the outside of your bowl.
Once dry, using a RB106 #6 Script Liner Brush apply 2 coats of SC105 Tic-Tac-Turquoise in the following areas:
1. Create a band on the outside of your bowl roughly ½” down from the rim, and create a band that is approximately ¼ – ½” wide
2. Create 2 rows of circles on the inside of your bowl making sure to leave roughly 1” of space between the circles.
With a RB144 #4 Soft Fan Brush apply two coats of SW408 White Flux in the following areas:
1. On the outside of your bowl start from the rim of the piece and down until you have covered your band of Tic Tac Turquoise.
2. On the inside of your bowl starting from the top rim and apply roughly 2/3 of the way towards the bottom of the bowl.
Fire to cone 6.
