Instructions

Begin by wiping down the bisque with a damp sponge to remove any dirt/dust.
When the plate is dry, apply the pattern using AC230 Clay Carbon Paper and a pen.
Go over the carbon pattern lines with FD254 Black Licorice.
Using a Script liner brush, fill in the corresponding color pattern areas with the appropriate Jungle Gem listed on the pattern. Fill each section with a thick blob of glaze to only need a single “coat”.
Apply two coats of CG1015 Cloverfield to the binding of the book vase.
Apply three coats of CG977 Ink Spots to the pages of the book while the edge of the cover color (CG1004 Berry Tart) is still wet to create a blend where the two colors touch.
Apply two coats of S2101 Crystal Clear Brushing glaze to the inside.
Allow to dry, stilt flat on the rainbow side of the book, and fire to cone 06.
