Instructions

  1. Begin with properly fired shelf cone 04 bisque. Moisten a clean sponge and wipe bisque to remove any dust.   
  2. Apply 2 coats of EG005 Black Engobe on the back of the plate with a RB140 Soft Fan.    
  3. Apply 2 coats of SW134 Eggplant to the front of the plate with a RB140 Soft Fan.    
  4. Apply 2 coats of SW193 to the front of the plate with a RB140 Soft Fan.    
  5. Use a round sponge-on-a-stick to apply 2 coats of SW407 Clear Flux.   
    1. Apply as many circles close together that will fit onto the face of the plate.   
  6. Using RB106 Script Liner apply one coat of dots to fill in the smaller gaps.
  7.  Apply one coat at the top of the scallops on the rim with a RB106 Script Liner.   
  8. Fire to cone 6.
