Instructions

  1. Begin with properly fired shelf cone 04 bisque. Moisten a clean sponge and wipe bisque to remove any dust. 
  2. Apply 2 coats of EG006 Sparkle Black Engobe on the back of the plate with a RB140 Soft Fan. 
  3. Buff when the shine is gone and between each coat to achieve more sparkles.   
  4. Apply 2 coats of SW100 Blue Surf to the front of the plate with a RB140 Soft Fan.   
  5. Apply 2 coats of SW128 Cordovan to the front of the plate with a RB140 Soft Fan.   
  6. Use a round sponge-on-a-stick to apply 2 coats of SW408 White Flux.  
    1. Apply many circles close together that will fit into the face of the plate.  
  7. Use a RB106 Script Liner to fill in the smaller gaps, apply 1 coat of dots.   
  8.  Apply 1 coat at the rim of the plate with a RB106 Script Liner.  
  9. Fire to cone 6.
