HILLIARD, OHIO, November 2, 2020 – Mayco Colors announces the acquisition of the ceramic color division of Duncan Enterprises based in Fresno, California.

This acquisition will expand Mayco’s ceramic glaze and acrylic craft paint offerings to include the most popular of Duncan branded colors and unique specialty products. Along with Mayco products, Duncan branded products will be manufactured, sold and marketed through Mayco’s established worldwide distribution network. Distribution will expand to include Duncan’s distributors. “We look forward to the opportunity to provide some of the industry’s most respected and widely used Duncan products to our product assortment,” said Mayco Colors President & CEO, Colleen Carey Brennan.

Duncan Enterprises – founded by Erma Duncan in 1946 – is a privately held, family owned, Fresno, California-based company that has been a leader in the ceramic arts and crafts industries since its inception. Its portfolio of brands includes internationally recognized creative and lifestyle brands including Tulip®, Puffy®, Aleene’s®, Tattoo Junkee®, Lique® and Remi Rose®.
