Begin with properly fired shelf cone 04 bisque. Moisten a clean sponge and wipe bisque to remove any dust.
Place the Carbon Clay paper smooth side down over the plate then apply the pattern of the carrot over the Carbon Clay Paper. Trace the image with a pen multiple times to cover the plate. Then remove the patter and Carbon Clay Paper.
Apply 2-3 coats of EL128 Wheat to the background of the plate avoiding the carrots. Apply with a RB106 Script Liner.
Outline the bottom half of the carrot with 3 coats of EL132 Rust Red. Apply with a RB704 Round Brush.
Fill in the bottom half of the carrot with 3 coats of EL127 Rose Granite. Apply with a RB704 Rounds Brush.
Outline the leaves of the carrot with 3 coats of EL130 Sea Green. Apply with a RB704 Round Brush.
Fill in the leaves of the carrot with 3 coats of EL131 Turtle Shell. Apply with a RB704 Round Brush.
Apply 3 coats of EL127 Wheat to the back of the plate. Apply with a CB604 Soft Fan.
