Instructions

  1. Begin by wiping down the bisque with a damp sponge to remove any dirt/dust.  
  2. Mix one ounce of SC076 Cara-Bein Blue with a pinch of AC310 Silkscreen Medium using a pallet knife and set aside to let thicken up.  
  3. While the mixture is thickening up, apply three coats of SC076 to the inside of the canister with a soft fan brush. 
  4. Position the silkscreen shiny side down about 2/3 the way down the container. 
  5. Using your finger, apply the silkscreen medium and SC076 Cara-bean Blue mixture from step 2 to the silkscreen with light pressure in a circular motion. Remove the screen immediately. 
  6. Using the soft fan brush, apply three coats of SC076 Cara-Bein Blue to the bottom of the canister up to where the silkscreen starts.  
  7. Using the detail liner brush, apply two thin rings of glaze, one right at the top of the silkscreen and another about half an inch above that. 
  8. Using the sponge-on-a-stick, applu one coat sponge dot scallops around the rim of the container.  
  9. Once the Silkscreen has dried, carefully apply one coat of S2101 Crystal Clear Brushing to the outside of the canister. 
  10. Allow to dry, stilt, and fire to cone 06.
