Instructions

  1. Wipe down bisque with damp sponge to remove any dirt/dust. 
  2. Using the Fan brush, apply 3 coats of SC037 Ivory Tower to the whole front of the plate.  
  3. When the shine has left the glaze, lay the pattern over the top of the center and lightly outline with a pencil using soft pressure. Remove to pattern to see the indents left from the outlining. 
  4. Fill in the top pickleball paddle with three coats of SC079 on the face of the paddle, and SC028 on the handle using the script liner brush. Using the 10/0 Liner brush, add detail linework with SC080 and SC028 to the face and SC077 to the handle.  
  5. For the paddle in the back, fill the face with three coats of SC080 and the handle with SC085 using the script liner brush. Using the 10/0 Liner brush, add accent lines with SC085 and SC079 to the face, and SC079 to the handle.  
  6. Fill in the large ball between the paddles with three coats of SC077. Using the eraser of the pencil apply thick dots of SC037 to the ball to mimic the holes.  
  7. Apply three coats of SC028 to the rim and slope of the front of the plate and allow to dry. 
  8. Using the round sponge dotter, apply three coats of the following colors in a repeating pattern around the rim: SC079, SC077, SC080, and SC085. Using the eraser of the pencil, apply thick dots of SC028 to the balls to mimic the holes. Allow to dry. 
  9. Using the Fan brush, apply Three coats of SC085 to the back of the plate and allow to dry.  
  10. Stilt and fire to cone 06.
