Instructions

  1. Begin with properly fired shelf cone 04 bisque. Moisten a clean sponge and wipe bisque to remove any dust.
  2. Using a CB404 #4 Pointed Round, CB106 #6 Script Liner and a CB202 #2 Detail Liner, apply 3 coats of UG051 White, UG021 Leaf Green, UG207 Flame Red and UG234 Ivory Pearl to various ornaments of your choice (Refer to the color photo). Allow to dry.
  3. Place some EZ033 Ivy Green, EZ075 Passion Red, EZ022 Beige on a glazed tile or palette.
  4. Using an AB709 3/8 Angular Shader, shade the Red ornaments with EZ075 Passion Red. Shade the Green ornaments with EZ033 Ivy Green, Shade the White and Ivory Pearl with EZ022 Beige.
  5. Using a DB803 #8 Round, drybrush the Red ornaments with EZ057 Coral Red, the Green Ornaments with EZ003 Irish Green, the Ivory Pearl ornaments with EZ013 White.
  6. Decorate some of the ornaments with the SG042 White, SG403 Red and SG405 Green Designer Liners.
  7. Add some dots of FN258 Pure White French Dimensions to some to the ornaments.
  8. Using a CB604 #4 Soft Fan, apply 1 coat of EZ011 Sienna Brown to the basket bottom. Wipe back with a damp sponge to antique the basket. Allow to dry.
  9. Using a DB803 #8 Round. Dry brus the basket with some EZ022 Beige then EZ011 Sienna Brown. Allow to dry.
  10. Bisque fire both pieces to shelf cone 04.
  11. Using a CB604 #4 Soft Fan, apply 2 coats of S2101 Crystal Clear Brushing to the tree. Allow to dry.
  12. Fill a 2 oz cup with S2101 Crystal Creal Brusing Glaze and add about 10 drops of EZ011 Sienna Brown, mix well.
  13. Using a CB604 #4 Soft Fan, apply 2 coats of this mix to the basket inside and outside. Allow to dry.
  14. Glaze Fire to shelf cone 06/05.
  15. Using a OB910G #0 Liner and a OB916G #6 Oval Shader, apply gold luster to trim and paint solid. Allow to dry.
  16. Fire to shelf cone 018.
  17. Using a OB901 Mother of Pearl ¼” Shader, Mother of Pearl, apply to the white ornaments. Allow to dry.
  18. Fire to shelf cone 020.
  19. Glue in the plastic pin lights.
  20. Insert the pinch plug and light up your tree.
