Begin with properly fired shelf cone 04 bisque. Moisten a clean sponge and wipe bisque to remove any dust.
Slightly thin EL130 Sea Green and roll inside the vase.
Apply 3 coats of EL130 Sea Green to the top third of the vase. Use the Soft Fan.
Apply 3 coats of EL118 Blue Grotto to the middle of the vase, overlapping the Sea Green.
Apply 3 coats of EL101 Oyster Shell to the bottom third of the vase, overlapping the Blue Grotto.
Fill an AC220 Detailer Bottle with PC602 White Cascade. Apply 4 to 5 bands of Cascade around the vase, one coat on each band. Avoid the lower sections of the vase. Let dry.
