Peacock Turtles

Turtle 1:

1. Begin with properly fired shelf cone 04 bisque. Moisten a clean sponge and wipe bisque to remove any dust. 
2. Apply 3 coats of EL106 Tidal Pool to the bottom, sides, fins, and head of the turtle with a RB144 Soft Fan.  
3. Apply 2 coats of EL122 Malachite to the inside of the turtle shell with with a RB144 Soft Fan. 
4. Apply 4-5 rows of dots going from the top to the bottom inside the shell with a RB106 Script Liner.  
   1. Apply EL117 Waterfall and SP286 Speckled Old Lace.  
5. Apply 2 coats of PC602 White Pottery Cascade to the inside of the shell. Apply with an RB144 Soft Fan.  
6. Fire to cone 06.  

Turtle 2: 

1. Begin with properly fired shelf cone 04 bisque. Moisten a clean sponge and wipe bisque to remove any dust. 
2. Apply 3 coats of EL106 Tidal Pool to the bottom, sides, fins, and head of the turtle with a RB144 Soft Fan.  
3. Apply 2 coats of EL130 Sea Green to the inside of the turtle shell with a RB144 Soft Fan. 
4. Apply 4-5 rows of dots going from the top to the bottom inside the shell with a RB106 Script Liner.  
   1. Apply EL117 Turtle Shell and EL118 Blue Grotto.  
5. Apply 2 coats of PC602 White Pottery Cascade to the inside of the shell. Apply with an RB144 Soft Fan.  
6. Fire to cone 06.  

Turtle 3: 

1. Begin with properly fired shelf cone 04 bisque. Moisten a clean sponge and wipe bisque to remove any dust. 
2. Apply 3 coats of EL106 Tidal Pool to the bottom, sides, fins, and head of the turtle with a RB144 Soft Fan.  
3. Apply 2 coats of EL212 to the inside of the turtle shell with a RB144 Soft Fan. 
4. Apply 4-5 rows of dots going from the top to the bottom inside the shell with a RB106 Script Liner.  
   1. Apply EL130 Sea Green and SP209 Speckled Jaded.
5. Apply 2 coats of PC602 White Pottery Cascade to the inside of the shell. Apply with an RB144 Soft Fan.  
6. Fire to cone 06.
