Sgraffito and Watercolor Plate

Instructions

Begin by wiping down the bisque with a damp sponge to remove any dirt/dust.
Apply two coats of SC007 Leapin’ Lizard to the whole plate.
Apply three coats of SC016 Cotton tail to the whole face of the plate.
Water down the SC009 Jaded and SC027 Sour Apple to 1 part glaze and 1 part water and apply the leaf pattern over top of the Cotton Tail.
When the shine disappears, sgraffito the leaf design into the face of the plate, through the watercolor, using the toothpick or tool.
Allow to dry, stilt, and fire to cone 06.
