Instructions

Begin with properly fired shelf cone 04 bisque. Moisten a clean sponge and wipe bisque to remove any dust.
Use the water-based marker to draw a line at the top of the mug. You want a 1/3 band at the top creating 2/3 of space at the bottom of the mug.
TIP: Use two Soft Fan brushes – one for each color. This will make decorating easier vs cleaning the brush each time.
Using the Soft Fan Brush, apply 2 coats of CG-993 Lavender Sprigs to the lower 2/3 of the mug, the bottom and half of the handle.
Using the same brush, apply 3 uneven coats of EL-149 Lavender Flower to the top 2/3 of the mug over lap CG-993 Lavender Sprigs by 1/3.
Use the same brush to apply 3 coats of EL-149 Lavender Flower to the inside of the mug.
Allow for the shine to fade between coats. Let dry.
Stilt and fire to cone 05/06.
